What This Helps With
A simple plan stops test day becoming bigger than the driving itself.
The Simple Version
Bring your licence, arrive with time, warm up normally, then drive the way you already can. If a mistake happens, ask: what is next?
Common Mistakes
- Changing your usual routine.
- Over-caffeinating.
- Watching loads of videos right before the test.
- Mentally quitting after one mistake.
What Examiners Care About
They care about the drive, not whether you feel nervous. Nervous but safe is still safe.
Practise On Your Next Lesson
Practise a mock test start: eyesight check, Show Me / Tell Me, then a normal drive.
Ask Your Instructor
"What should my warm-up lesson include before the test?"
Quick Self-Check
- Is my licence ready?
- Do I know my test time and place?
- Do I know my reset question?
