After having a few lessons when I was younger I was put off for almost 20 years by an instructor I felt to be unhelpful. This year I decided to try again. Josh is a fntastic instructor, hepful, patient and explains everything well. My anxiety about driving does affect my lessons every now and the but Josh is always patient and tells me what i have done well and explains clearly when i do something wrong. Josh aims to keep the lessons interesting and tries to introduce something new each lesson,. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an instructor.

Would happily recommend to anyone. From the first lesson to my last he’s helped me every step of the way which has allowed me to pass quickly. Can’t recommend Josh from Toucan Driving School enough, he was brilliant in giving me the confidence to sit my test in an area i didn’t know what so ever.
Not only that but he catered for every cancellation i got in Newcastle and helped me fine tune the bits i needed to work on.
The Youtube channel was also a great place to learn tips and pick up information that helped me pass my driving test today

Our Son had a previous driving instructor who he was getting nowhere with and after the first lesson with Josh came home “buzzing”. I recently found Josh on YouTube after binge watching his videos and also found out he offered a mock test service. With my test being next week, he managed to fit me in today. He was amazing, explained everything thoroughly, was so helpful, and made me so comfortable and instantly put my nerves at rest. I can’t recommend the mock tests with him enough if you are looking to put your mind at ease for your test or just wanting to find where you are at in your driving experience
